Puedes reservar diferentes espacios a través de la web de Biblioteca, accediendo al menú "Espacios y equipamientos":
Los pasos que debes seguir son:
- Selecciona el espacio que deseas reservar (no olvides comprobar la capacidad de personas que admite cada espacio).
- Consulta su disponibilidad y selecciona el horario que requieres.
Por último, una vez efectuada la reserva, recibirás un correo electrónico en tu cuenta de correo institucional (nºexpediente@live.uem.es) con el código que tendrás que indicar en el momento de realizar el "check-in".
IMPORTANTE: Durante el periodo de exámenes, es probable que las salas no puedan reservarse y su uso se destine como puestos de estudio.
You can reserve different spaces through the Library website by accessing the "Spaces and facilities" menu:
The steps you need to follow are:
- Select the space you want to reserve (remember to check the maximum capacity of each space).
- Check its availability and select the time you need.
Finally, once the reservation is made, you will receive an email at your institutional account (studentID@live.uem.es) with a code that you must provide when checking in.
IMPORTANT: During the exam period, rooms may not be available for reservation and may be designated as individual study spaces instead.
