He reservado una sala de trabajo/pod, pero cuando he llegado hay otras personas utilizándolo, ¿qué debo hacer? / I have reserved a study room/pod, but when I arrived, other people were using it. What should I do?

Si al llegar al espacio reservado encuentras a otras personas ocupándolo, informa a un miembro del equipo de Biblioteca para que pueda ayudarte.
Recuerda que, al acceder a la sala o pod, es imprescindible realizar el check-in introduciendo el código de 3 dígitos que recibirás en tu correo universitario (nº de expediente@live.uem.es). Si no lo introduces en los primeros 15 minutos, la reserva se anulará automáticamente y el espacio quedará disponible para que otro estudiante pueda utilizarlo.
If you arrive at the reserved space and find other people using it, please inform a member of the Library staff so they can assist you.
Remember that to access the room or pod, you must check in by entering the 3-digit code you will receive in your university email (studentnumber@live.uem.es). If you do not check in within the first 15 minutes, the reservation will be automatically canceled and the space will become available for other students to use.
