Puedes otorgar al documento una licencia Creative Commons en los siguientes casos:
- Si no ha sido publicado con anterioridad.
- En el caso de que haya sido publicado con anterioridad y además el autor conserve los derechos de explotación.
Si está publicado y no dispones de los derechos de explotación, al autoarchivar tu producción científica, deberás dejar sin completar el apartado Creative Commons.
